All bookings made directly with the Hotel will require a non refundable deposit of the first night stay only. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival, no additional charges will occur.

Confirmation will be sent Via E mail or Royal Mail within 7 days of booking. Please check all the booking information is correct, notifying the Hotel/guest house immediately of any booking error.

Settlement of accounts will be requested on arrival, your confirmation will confirm all details.

All bookings will be secured using a Debit or Credit Card. This card will be used to pre-authorise final payment 14 days prior to arrival. Bank Transfer can also also be accepted. We are happy to accept cash on arrival. All pre-authorisations will then be cancelled.

When all check in details are finalised, allocation of key and rooms will be confirmed.

Cheques are not accepted.

Online Reservations

All terms and conditions will be set by the booking agency with the Hotel/Guest House agreement. All bookings taken via a booking agency will be requested to present their booking reference number and ID to confirm the reservation. No third party will be accepted, unless prior arrangement has been made directly with the Hotel /Guest House on booking.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance.

No Reductions will be made for curtailment of your stay or meals not taken.

We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time.

The hotel/guest house will not take responsibility for loss or damage of personal affects.

We ask all Guests to be responsible and respectful of our property. We reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage caused, this includes loss of keys.

Group bookings will require a bond form all group leaders will be asked to liaison prior to stay and over their stay if requested.

On the rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to provide your requested accommodation, we will do are utmost to relocate you, or if falling this we will offer a refund in full.

We are open all year round offering out of season discounts on a weekly basis.
