Term and conditions

We are a non-smoking Guest House

A non refundable deposit of £20.00 per person will be requested on booking. Final payments for all stays must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposits via Email or Royal Mail within 7 working days of receipt. If any details are incorrect please notify The Kantara Guest House immediately.

All bookings will need to be guaranteed with a Debit or Credit Card.

Settlement of accounts will be due prior to arrival, your Confirmation will confirm details. We will only accept cheques for final balance 14 days prior to arrival.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance on completion of reservation.

No reductions will be made for curtailment of your stay or meals not taken.

We reserve the right to amend tariff at any time.

The Guest House will not take responsibility for loss or damage of personal affects.

Booking Availability

On rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver your accommodation request, we will do our utmost to relocate you, failing this we will refund in full.

We offer access to the Guest House at all times. It is not permitted to bring unregistered guests into the Guest house at any time. Any unacceptable behaviour causing a nuisance of disturbance to other guests will result in the termination of your booking with no refund or compensation.

We ask all guests to be responsible and respectful of our property. We reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage to the Guest House, including any lost keys. Group Bookings will require a bond form completed prior or on arrival. The group leader will be asked to oversee all details prior to arrival and including stay if needed.

Cancellation policy

14 days prior to arrival loss of deposit only.

We recommend you take out insurance to cover for any cancellations.
